The `Drive By' catering option is just as it sounds - we drop it off `oven hot' or cold - depending on the item - & you take care of the rest. The service is in your hands. This keeps your costs down and it takes some of the pressure off of Chef & I. Our only responsibility is to deliver you delicious food! Easy peasy! $3.00 per person... a minimum of 10 orders for each item you choose

Veggie Platter - mixed raw veggies with dip
Grilled Potato Salad - mustard & herb dressing
Green Salad - tomato, cucumber & red onion & dressing
Caesar Salad - parmesan cheese & croutons

$4.00 per person... a minimum of 10 orders for each item you choose
Olive Tapenade - garlic toast slices
Potato & Artichoke Salad - balsamic herb vinaigrette
Spinach & Fetta Cheese Salad - oregano & lemon dressing
Manhattan Clam Chowder - tomato based - 6 oz per person
Greek Salad - tomato, cucumber, red onion, olives & feta cheese

$5.00 per person...a minimum of 10 orders for each item you choose
Pork or Chicken Satay Skewers - spicy peanut sauce - 2 per person
Artichoke & Roast Garlic Dip - warm pita bread
White Bean & Tuna Salad - red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil
Fennel, Orange & Blue Cheese Salad - citrus vinaigrette
Moroccan Couscous Salad - grilled vegetables, pine nuts, apricots

$6.00 per person...a minimum of 10 orders for each item you choose
Garlic & Herb Tiger Prawn Skewers - 2 per person
Lamb Souvlaki with Tzaziki Sauce (cucumber yogurt) - 2 per person
Crab & Spinach Dip - warm pita bread
Wild mushroom & Blue Cheese Tartlettes - 2 - 3" tartlettes per person
Applewood Smoked Duck Salad - on a bed of mixed greens with red wine vinegar, apple & maple dressing
