The `Drive By' catering option is just as it sounds - we drop it off `oven hot' & you take care of the rest. The service is in your hands. This keeps your costs down and it takes some of the pressure off of Chef & I. Our only responsibility is to deliver you delicious, hot food! Easy peasy! $15.00 per person... a minimum of 10 orders for each item you choose
6 ounce individual Gourmet Meat Loaf - gravy & garlic mashed potatoes
Chicken Fricassee (chicken, mushrooms, peas, cream sauce) butter noodles
6" individual Beef Pot Pie - oven roasted potato wedges
Beef Chili - Sour cream, green onion toppings, corn bread muffins
Baked Chicken Enchiladas - sour cream, salsa & green onions (2 per person)

Braised Beef Short Ribs (red wine & root vegetable sauce) - garlic mashed potatoes

Grilled Mixed Meat Kabobs (Chicken, pork loin, Italian sausage, onions & peppers) with Vegetable Couscous (2x 6" skewers per person)

Filet of Beef Stroganoff - buttered noodles
Crab & Prawn Stuffed Chicken Breast - tarragon cream sauce, wild rice, lemon & sundried tomato pilaf
8 oz Spice Rub Grilled Pork Loin Steak - tomato lime coulis with herb roasted potatoes

*All mains are subject to 5% GST & mileage charge if delivered outside of the CNP
*All mains include a green salad with tomato, cucumber & red onion or Caesar salad with parmesan & croutons.
*Dressing choices for the green salad include:
herb vinaigrette (fresh herbs, balsamic vinegar)
blue cheese (egg mayo base)
cucumber ranch (cucumber & yogurt)
*Substitutions are subject to a price increase
